680 Changan Ford dealerships to in operation in China by 2015

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai December 2) - Changan Ford will continue to expand its dealership network in the coming years, Sales General Manager Liu Chunwei stated on the floor of the closing Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition. According to a report appearing in the Beijing Times this weekend, Changan Ford's sales network is planned to expand to 680 dealerships by 2015. That number is nearly double the amount of Changan Ford dealerships operating in 2010. Mr. Liu also mentioned that approximately 50 new dealerships will be added before the end of the year, bringing the number of JV dealerships to 480.

According to Mr. Liu, the new dealerships will play an important role in introducing Ford's new products to China next year, which will include the new Kuga (pictured above) and new Ecosport SUVs (pictured below).
